The box has upper and lower covers (2, 3) formed by molding a plastic material, each defining outer surfaces (47, 48) and inner surfaces (49, 50). An antenna is placed in a cavity (5) delimited by the covers and is placed between one cover and a memory card (4). A part of one outer surface of one of the covers corresponding to one inner surface is devoid of metallization. An independent claim is also included for a method of fabricating a personal computer memory card association electronic box.
