PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a storage circuit which is simple and stably operated. SOLUTION: The storage circuit is provided with a storage section which has serially connected first and second ferroelectric capacitors, a potential difference generating section which gives a potential difference to both ends of the storage section and a decision section which decides the stored data stored in the storage section based on the potential of the connecting point of the first and the second ferroelectric capacitors when a potential difference is given to the both ends of the capacitors.
