PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem, wherein when a counter arm contacts a stopper in a coin delivery device, minute jump is generated by receiving a repulsive force from the stopper, a photosensor misdetects the jump and causes a difference between the number of actually coins ejected and the detected number of a detection means. SOLUTION: This coin delivery device 100 comprises a movable roller 132a operated in a direction opening a coin ejection part 136 by coins 10 stored in a hopper bucket 110 and sequentially guided to to a coin exit 123a by a disc 121; the counter arm 132 with the movable roller 132a fixed rotatably at a position separated from a pivot shaft and energized by an elastic member; and the counter arm 132, equipped with the detection means 135 for detecting swing generated in the counter arm 132 from the movement of the movable roller 132a.
