PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the counter diffusion of components between electrodes and thermoelectric transducing elements, melting of the thermoelectric transducing elements, generation of impurities, and separation of junction interfaces, and stabilizes thermoelectric transducing characteristics. SOLUTION: Fe layers 12 (Fe layers 13) are interposed between the n-type thermoelectric transducing element 10 and the p-type thermoelectric transducing element 11 (class rate compounds), and Cu common electrodes 14 (and Cu counter electrodes 15, 15').
