PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sunshade device capable of facilitating the mounting work by alone and having high flexibility for a mounting position of the device. SOLUTION: The sunshade device is equipped with a positioning member having an engaging section over the overall length and mounted to a building skeleton, an upper case engaged so as to insert it in the engaging section of the positioning member from this side, a pair of right and left brackets arranged to both end sections of the positioning member and fixed to the building skeleton, a pair of bendable arms respectively mounted to both right and left brackets, a front frame built over each front end of these arms, a take-up pipe capable of being mounted to a pair of brackets from this side, at the same time, rotatably built over between both of them and, at the same time, a canvas wrapping one end side around the take-up pipe, mounting the other end side on the front frame, and it is so constituted that the take-up pipe, the upper case and the arms can be respectively mounted on the positioning member mounted to the building skeleton and the brackets.
