PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain electromagnetic wave shielding paper that has sufficient adhesiveness even by folding processing and has shieldability causing neither cracking nor peeling and not increase a manufacturing cost in a paper packaging material consisting essentially of electromagnetic wave shielding paper, a paper packaging material and a laminated material for a paper container using the same. SOLUTION: The electromagnetic wave shielding paper 1 is obtained by successively providing the surface of the coated layer 11 of a paper base 10 having 30-200 g/m<SP>2</SP>weight through a deposited anchor layer 12 of a thermosetting resin such as a melamine resin, etc., with a metallized thin film layer 14 of aluminum and an overcoated layer 16 of acrylic resin.
