PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a part fitting device, automatically and efficiently fitting parts such as attachments to a mounting surface of a work. SOLUTION: This part fitting device includes: a work holding part 2 for holding the work 4 so that the mounting surface 45 of the work 4 having the mounting surface 45 is located in a position for standby for fitting; a part holding part 3 removably holding the part 9; and an operating mechanism 5. In the operating mechanism 5, the part holding part 3 for holding the part 9 is operated relatively to approach the work holding part 2, whereby after the part 9 is fitted to the mounting surface 45 of the work 4, the part holding part 3 is operated to move relatively backward to the work 4.
