PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress accidents by decreasing oxidation of the skin cells in a swimming pool and during bathing and oxidation of foods and reducing growth of bacteria and prolong the service life of filtration equipment by providing water obtained by lowering the redox potential of active hydrogen water capable of neutralizing activated oxygen. SOLUTION: In the subject manufacturing apparatus for hydrogen containing water with reduction potential, both hydrogen gas (1) and water (2) are sucked and stirred through a suction port (4) of a pump (3), and ozone (6) together with compressed air (7) are forcibly fed into a delivery pipe (5).
