PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game machine capable of surely fetching display control command data from a game control means in a display control means while preventing the danger of superimposing noise on reset signals. SOLUTION: On a game control board 31, an initial reset circuit 65 outputs the reset signals to a CPU 56. On a display control board 80, a reset circuit 83 outputs the reset signals to a CPU 91 for display control. A delay circuit 655 delays the reset signals from the initial reset circuit 65 and supplies them to the CPU 56. Thus, the power ON reset cancellation timing of the CPU 91 of the display control becomes earlier than the power ON reset cancellation timing of the CPU 56, and the display control command data from the game control means are surely fetched in the display control means.
