PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sun-roof device assuring an improved spaciousness by securing a large opening area. SOLUTION: The sun-roof device includes a sunshade panel 7 composed of a first panel 71 positioned in front of a vehicle in the fore-and-aft direction and a second panel 72 positioned behind the first panel and coupled with the first panel, in such an arrangement that a ventilation space 78 is formed between the first panel 71 and the second panel 72 when the tail of the first panel 71 is raised interlocking with the tilt-up motion of a movable panel 2.
