PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an installation structure of chip and cutting fluid treatment equipment which can be structured to be relatively compact and is easy to position a chip conveyer. SOLUTION: The chip conveyer 3 is equipped with a plurality of jack bolts 6, 6... The chip conveyer 3 can be stored in a coolant tank 2 with its bottom raised by a predetermined height from the bottom of the tank 2, by adjusting the height of the plurality of jack bolts 6, 6..., when the conveyer 3 is to be stored in the coolant tank 2. In addition, a plurality of rollers 9, 9... serving as engaging portions capable of engaging with a guide 10 are provided on the upper rim on a side face of the chip conveyer 3. The location where the front roller 9 is installed is so that a chute 8 opens just above the chip conveyer 3 when this suspension-type treatment equipment 1 is placed on a pedestal 5 of a machine tool (when the front roller 9 is positioned at the front end of the guide 10).
