PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrophotographic photoreceptor excelling in image stability even after repeated use and capable of realizing prolonged durability, and provide an image formation apparatus. SOLUTION: In the electrophotographic photoreceptor obtained by sequentially superimposing at least a plurality of undercoat layers, a photosensitive layer and a crosslinked charge transport layer on a conductive support, the photosensitive layer contains titanyl phthalocyanine crystals having a specific crystal form and an average particle size of primary particles of≤0.25μm, and the crosslinked charge transport layer is formed by hardening of at least a trifunctional or higher functionality radical polymerizable monomer without a charge transport structure and a monofunctional radical polymerizable compound with a charge transport structure.
