<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a screen printing machine, a screen printing inspecting device and a screen printing inspecting method, in which printing inspections (the direct inspection of printing quality after printing and the inspection of a screen mask as the indirect inspection of the printing quality) can be conducted without lowering the working ratio of a mounting line. <P>SOLUTION: When M groups exist on one board 10, inspections are respectively conducted by a screen printing machine 2 on a group 1 in a first sheet of the board 10a, on a group 2 in a second sheet of the board 10b and on a group M in a M-th sheet of the board 10m. When the inspection of M sheets of the board comes to an end, in a (M+1)-th sheet of the board 10m, by returning at the beginning of inspection, the inspection of the group 1 is conducted.
