<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data processing apparatus which generates a block address by generating an effective sync signal even if no sync signal is detected in serial data to be transmitted per block. <P>SOLUTION: The method comprises steps for: transmitting a block dividing signal which divides adjacent block data; serially transmitting, consecutively over one piece of block data, data of a byte unit comprised of a starting signal indicating the start of one-byte data, a data signal of one byte and an ending signal indicating the end of one-byte data; and repeating said steps for the next block data after the one-block data are completely transmitted. The block dividing signal maintains a first logic level during a predetermined time domain, the starting signal maintains a second logic level that results from inverting the first logic level, longer than a cycle of the one-bit data of the data signal, and the ending signal maintains the first logic level longer than the cycle of the one-bit data of the data signal. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
