<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transfer data preparation device and a transfer data preparation system which can simply and correctly prepare transfer data without using exclusive software for preparing transfer data. <P>SOLUTION: When a preparation request is outputted from a transfer requester, the transfer data preparation device prepares the past result of the transfer requester from transfer data indicating the contents of transfer performed in the past and provides an entry column in which the past result is written to a terminal by using the WEB.
