PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transmission reception control circuit and a radio communication device using the same, capable of effectively reducing the output of higher harmonic waves, when a communication system of the low frequency side is being used. SOLUTION: The transmission/reception control circuit for controlling the transmission and reception of a pair of transmission and reception signals, responding to a pair of communication systems each having different frequency bands, while switching a connection state in a switching circuit is designed to output a high-frequency side receiving signal among the pair of receiving signals from an output terminal of a first diplexer via a switching circuit and a first diplexer, to output a low-frequency side receiving signal from an output terminal of a second diplexer via the switching circuit and the second diplexer, to output a high-frequency side transmission signal from an antenna terminal of the switching circuit via the second diplexer and the switching circuit, and to output a low-frequency side transmitting signal from the antenna terminal of the switching circuit via the first diplexer and the switching circuit.
