PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drip-proof type side mirror which protects a surface of a side mirror from rain drops, ensures excellent rear view field even in a heavy rain, and requires only a volumetric space substantially equivalent to that for a known side mirror, and is easily mounted on an existing side mirror, and easily realizes a drip-proof surface of the existing side mirror.
