PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pneumatic studless tire which has realized sipes that can maintain a water removing effect and can suppress a deterioration in the performance after wear, while preventing a snow jam of the sipes by suppressing the falling-down of the blocks in studless tires.
