PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat-resistant and non-sticky coated steel sheet showing excellent lubricity, heat resistance, non-stickiness and anti-staining properties over a long period of time. SOLUTION: A galvanized steel sheet is used as a coated raw sheet and a topcoating film, which is formed of heat-resistant resin coating compounded with a thermally meltable fulorocarbon resin, is laminated on the galvanized steel sheet through a fluoroacid type conversion coating and a primer layer containing a phosphate type rustproof pigment. The thermally meltable fulorocarbon resin is softened and melted at the time of baking of the heat-resistant resin coating and becomes a fluorocarbon resin thin film to cover the surface of the topcoating film.
