<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce wrong authentication caused by unauthorized replication of information, recorded in a plurality of radio tags attached to an object. <P>SOLUTION: An object recognition method comprises a first step of reading, with reading means, unique information recorded in at least two radio tags attached to an object to be recognized, and a second step of recognizing whether the object is authentic with determining means according to position information, included in the unique information read from one radio tag, to indicate the attachment position of the other radio tag, by finding whether the other radio tag is attached at the position corresponding to the positional information. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
