PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize low vibration/low noise by regulating shift of magnetic center between a permanent magnet and a stator core and reducing the shaking force in the axial direction by balancing magnetically while ensuring the force for attracting a rotor at rotation and driving. SOLUTION: In the Figure, are shown a permanent magnet 1, a hub 2, an attracting plate 3, a stator core 4, a base 5, a shaft 6, a sleeve 7, a thrust plate 8, and a coil 9. In a permanent magnet motor thus arranged, shift of the thickness center of the stator core 4 from the axial length center of the permanent magnet 1, i.e. the shift of magnetic center, is regulated by lowering the height of the stator core 4 with respect to the base 5, thus magnetically balancing, while ensuring the force for attracting a rotor at the rotational driving.
