PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a roller pump device being safe without possibility of catching fingers, and allowing quick, easy and certain attaching/detaching of a pump tube. SOLUTION: In this roller pump device 1, a rotor 4 has a flange 42 formed to close the circular opening of the recess of a housing 3. When attaching the pump tube 102, the rotor 4 is rotated in a predetermined direction with one end 103 and the other end 104 of the pump tube 102 positioned in a position lower than the flange 42, thereby, the pump tube 102 is sequentially passed through a notch 46, taken into the inside, and stored in the housing 3. When detaching the pump tube 102, the rotor 4 is rotated in an opposite direction with one end 103 and the other end 104 of the pump tube 102 positioned in a position higher than the flange 42, thereby, the pump tube 102 is sequentially passed through the notch 46, taken out to the outside, and detached from the housing 3.
