PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydraulic control device of a construction machine capable of preventing a blade from falling to the pitch back side and uniformly operating the right and left tilt-cylinders even when a large difference of the loading pressure exists between the right and left tilt cylinders and uniformly operates the right and left tilt cylinders even when a large difference of the loading pressure exists between the right and left tilt cylinders, and uniformly operate the right and left tilt cylinders even when a large loading pressure difference exists between the right and left tilt cylinders on operating the pitch to prevent the blade from tilting. SOLUTION: An operator operates an operation lever 50 to either of the right and left directions C, D while pushing a dual tilt switch 50c of the operation lever 50, when he wants to operate the dual tilt motion, in the hydraulic device of the construction machine. A control electric signal for positioning confluence/diversion switch over valve 18, confluence/diversion valves 17, 48, 148 in the diversion position B by a controller 53 by pushing the switch 50c, is generated and the control electric signal is outputted to the confluence/diversion changeover valve 18, the confluence /diversion valve 18 and the conversion/diversion valves 17, 48, 148 are changed over to the diversion position B.
