PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plane grating spherical hollow concrete slab at a low price which has an excellent performance by easily fixing spherical foamed plastic voids (spherical voids) in small spaces laid out at right angles with top end bars and bottom end bars installed on bottom forms are fixed to accurate positions; thereafter, any flow of spherical voids or deviation of the positions due to floating during concrete placement thereafter is prevented by fixing them to accurate positions. SOLUTION: When fixing the top end bars, one end is hooked to the top end bars, and other end is fixed to a hole in an anchor member attached to the bottom forms only by one-touch operation. Then, the spherical void is fixed to an accurate position in a small space by fixing a clip fitting to the top end bar while wrapping the spherical void to a lap joint having a plurality of flexible lap members between two bar-shaped supporting members.
