Circuit arrangement for operating light sources

In a circuit arrangement for operating light sources, inexpensive technologies for power factor correction can be used in combination. A resonant capacitor in a reactance network for coupling the light source is of dual design (C 51 , C 52 ). A degree of freedom is thus produced which makes it possible to optimize the costs of the said circuit arrangement.
