A method for the production of contact-free microcircuit cards and microcircuit cards with a double interface in a single format, comprising the following stages: preparation of an inlay (12) consisting of an antenna, a component (50) connected to said antenna and conductor lines extending from the component to terminal connections; lamination of said inlay with at least one other layer in order to form a contact-free card, said other layer covering at least said antenna, wherein the inventive method also consists of a stage wherein a part is made in said other layer, said part being provided with external contacts on one surface and internal contacts on the opposite surface, said internal contacts being connected to said external contacts, and a stage wherein the internal contacts are electrically connected to the terminal connections in order to manufacture a double-interface card. |
