<p>Cross-country or telemark binding (10) for mounting in a longitudinally displaceable manner on the top surface of a ski (11), especially on a mounting plate, comprises a locking device (14) that locks the binding in several positions. The locking device is divided into a first locking unit (23) that acts at the front and a second locking unit (24) that acts at the rear.
