<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a very unique fermented health food product by fermenting silvervine, ant and cat's claw containing active ingredients developing analgesic action, anti-inflammatory action, or the like, with a fermentation micro-organism having the fermentation action, whereby the individual active ingredients are intimately mixed and a synergismic effect is developed among the ingredients, and thereby they can be effectively absorbed into the body and develop a variety of effects including the analgesic action, and to provide a method for producing the fermented health food product. <P>SOLUTION: The fermented health food product comprises a fermentation liquid containing the fermentation micro-organism and fermented silvervine, ant and cat's claw fermented with the fermentation liquid. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
