<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inductance element capable of providing many inductance adjusting parts, without causing enlargement of the area of a substrate main surface in the inductance-adjusting part provided for setting an inductance possessed by the inductance element used for a resonance part or the like of a voltage controlled oscillator, and to provide an adjustment method of its inductance. <P>SOLUTION: The inductance adjusting part comprises a surface wiring P1 formed on the main surface of the substrate, via holes BH1, BH2, each provided toward the interior of the substrate from two positions on the surface layer wiring P1, and a plurality of internal layer wires formed by connecting the via holes for each layer. The inductance can be adjusted, by stepwise cutting down the surface layer wiring and the plurality of the internal layer wires, by providing cutouts of desired depth in the main surface of the substrate between the two positions where the via hole is provided. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
