PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a crimping device for facilitating adjusting of the parallelism of a pressurizing tool. SOLUTION: This crimping device is configured of a receiving table 1 on which a body W to be crimped is placed, a pressurizing-tool fixing stand 2 which can be elevated to the reception table 1 and a pressurizing tool 3, arranged at the pressurizing tool fixing stand 2 so as to be interposed between the pressurizing tool fixing stand 2 and the reception table 1. The pressurizing tool 3 is configured of a parallel-adjusting board 12 formed with a protruding spherical seat 14, whose spherical central point is positioned at a central part on the crimping surface and a blade 13, arranged at the parallel adjusting board 12 which can be butted to the body W to be crimped. Also, a recessed spherical seat 4 complementarily shaping the protruding spherical seat 14 is formed at the pressurizing tool fixing stand 2. Then, the pressurizing tool 3 is connected to the pressurizing tool fixing stand 2, with a plurality of pulling screws 8 suspended from the pressurizing tool fixing stand 2 so that it can rock, in a state where one portion of the protruding spherical seat 14 is slidably butted against the recessed spherical seat 4.
