PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To smoothly move a shutter member even when a bent part is disposed to close a space produced between the shutter part and a recessed part when the shutter part is moved to a position for closing an opening. SOLUTION: A disk cartridge is provided with a shutter member 15 for opening/closing the head opening part 13 of an optical disk 2. The shutter member 15 is provided with a bent part 36 formed on one side of a shutter part 16 for closing the head opening part 13 to close a space produced between the shutter part 16 and a first recess part 37 when the shutter member 15 is moved to a position for closing the head opening part 13, and a first recessed 37 with a bottom continuously formed in the head opening part 13 in an area facing the area where the shutter member 15 moves sandwiching the head opening part 13. In the bottom surface of the first recess 37, a second recess 38 deeper than the first recess 37 is disposed on an upstream side when the shutter member 15 closes the head opening part 13.
