PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic transmission device for performing quick and reliable shifting operation. SOLUTION: The automatic transmission device comprises electromagnetic solenoids 7, 8 for moving a shift lever 35 of a transmission to a shift direction and a control device 10 for controlling the energization of the electromagnetic solenoids 7, 8. The control device 10 energizes the electromagnetic solenoids 7, 8 for a preset time T'set when connecting/disconnecting the shift lever 35 to/from a preset gear stage. When the connection/disconnection is not completed with once energization, it executes repetitive energization every preset resting time. In the automatic transmission device, the control device 10 executes the repetitive energization of the electromagnetic solenoids 7, 8 with once-energization times T'r1, T'r2 elongated each time the frequency of energization is increased.
