PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an opening/closing apparatus which prevents an opening/closing body from being closed unintentionally without the operation of the opening/closing body. SOLUTION: The opening/closing apparatus comprises the opening/closing body 10 for partitioning or opening a space, a take-up shaft 30 for reeling up or unreeling the opening/closing body 10, a driving device 40 for rotating a driving shaft 41, and an endless annular power transmission member 70 stretched between the driving shaft 41 and the take-up shaft 30 for transmitting the rotational force of the driving shaft 41 to the take-up shaft 30.
