PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the cost and the size of a water outlet part, increase the degree of freedom of shape design, and increase reliability and maintainability. SOLUTION: This unfreezable water faucet column comprises valve mechanisms 2a (2b) switching to a water passing state or a water draining state, an operating mechanism 3 operating the valve mechanisms 2a (2b), and an intake valve closed in passing water and opening in draining water. The unfreezable faucet column 1 connected between a water passing part Ps and a water delivery part Po comprises an intake valve structure V commonly using the valve element Vm of the intake valve as a part of the operating mechanism 3, displacing the valve element Vm to the closed position by the operating amount of the operating mechanism 3 switched to the water passing state, and displacing the valve element Vm to the closed position Xo by the operating amount of the operating mechanism 3 switched to the water draining state.
