PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an installing device for an anchoring plate to a reinforcement, inexpensive in equipment costs with a simple structure, by quickly coping with an installation request for an anchoring plate at a job site, by easily installing the anchoring plate to the reinforcement at the job site. SOLUTION: A moving side clamp 8 for holding the reinforcement 1 to be coaxial with a screw shaft 4, is approached and moved toward a fixed side clamp 7 by supply of hydraulic pressure, to the fixed side clamp 7 for holding the screw shaft 4 provided with a male screw 3 for threadedly installing the anchoring plate 2 on the outer periphery.
