METHOD FOR MAKING UNDERGARMENT CORRESPONDING TO INDIVIDUAL BODY SHAPE OF WEARER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for making an undergarment corresponding to an individual body shape of a wearer, comprising fully, automatically and rapidly creating a paper pattern individually adapting to a body shape through assistance of a computer when making a body-trimming undergarment so as to simplify and facilitate undergarment production corresponding to the individual body shape of the wearer. SOLUTION: The method for making an undergarment corresponding to an individual body shape of a wearer comprises the following process: measuring a body shape of a wearer to have her (his) body size measured in wearing or not wearing a fitted undergarment; sending the measured data to display a landmark through automatic sampling of body features corresponding to the paper pattern on the computer; obtaining each numerical value of the body size of the landmark part automatically specified by specification based on the landmark to display a master pattern corresponding to the body shape having a basic body shape dimension of an article number registered in the computer; automatically incorporating the numerical value of the body size in the master pattern through indicating the article number; altering the feature point positions on the pattern to obtain a dimension corresponding to the wearer to have her (his) body size as data, and sending the pattern data to an automatic cutter to cut the pattern so as to create a prescribed undergarment.
