PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a powdery oxygen-based bleaching composition having excellent solubility and storage stability. SOLUTION: The bleaching composition comprises (A) a peroxide that dissolves in water to generate hydrogen peroxide and (B) water-soluble inorganic compound-including particles that is prepared by coating inorganic nuclear particles with low water soluble compound or low water soluble compound and water-soluble polymer.
