PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoplastic resin composition which excels in moldability, flexural properties, and impact resistance and enables effective utilization of fly ash, and its molded article. SOLUTION: The thermoplastic resin composition comprises 100 pts. mass thermoplastic resin containing 1-50 mass% ethylene-(meth)acrylate copolymer and/or ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer and the remainder of a polyolefin resin, 0.1-5 pts. mass surface treating agent, and 20-230 pts. mass fly ash.
