PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motorcycle suspension assembly/disassembly tool capable of maintaining internal components of a suspension while holding them by tightening a bolt, and easily performing assembly/disassembly. SOLUTION: In the motorcycle suspension assembly/disassembly tool, a suspension body (9) is held from upper and lower parts by a holding bar (7) and an internal component supporting recessed part (4), suspension internal components (8) are held by tightening a tightening bolt (1), and maintained in the tightened condition to perform the assembly/disassembly.
