PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic radiator capable of irradiating a strong ultrasonic wave in a large surrounding scope and the ultrasonic radiator that easily uniformly irradiates the distribution of a ultrasonic sound field, in addition, to provide a radiation unit suitable for these, further, to provide an ultrasonic radiating device using these the ultrasonic radiators. SOLUTION: The ultrasonic radiator 100 is provided with an ultrasonic vibrator 2, an ultrasonic oscillation circuit 5, a processing tank 60 and the ultrasonic radiator 10. The radiator 10 is of a form such that large-diameter radiation sections 21, 22, 23 and small-diameter radiation sections 11, 12, 13, 14 are alternately arranged, when the radiator 10 is ultrasonically resonated, it is resonated determining the small-diameter sections 11, 12 or the like to be antinodes and the large-diameter section 21 or the like to be node in an axis AX direction, it is primary-resonated in a diameter direction at each large-diameter 21 or the like and adjacent large-diameter radiation sections are oscillated in reverse phase.
