PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a function for easily creating an intended display data.

SOLUTION: A display image data creation operation processing unit 0703 processes an image data inputted from an image input device 0701 using a parameter set which is either inputted from an authoring input device 1202 by an authoring control processor 1205 or read from an automatic operation data of an automatic operation data buffer 1208 and creates image data and displays the image on a display device 0704. Updating the automatic operation data (parameter set change/new registration) and reading the parameter set from the automatic operation data for creating the image data are controlled by the authoring control processing unit 1205 based on an instruction which is given by user's operation of the authoring operation input device 1202.
