<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information display controller, a program, and an information display control method for easily designating a dictionary DB at a jump destination by a jump function. <P>SOLUTION: When a character string "disappear" is designated as shown by a trajectory 811 is designated from explanatory information by an input pen 13 on an explanatory information display picture 81, an explanatory information display picture 82 for displaying a keyword "disappear" read from an English/English dictionary DB provided to English/English dictionary information is displayed.
