<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the manufacturing method of a laminated plate for electret-fixing electrode, in which charge holding force is large, charge attenuation is small, and further adhesive properties between a metal plate and an electret material layer, consisting of polyterafluoroethylene (PTFE) film, is superior; and to provide the laminated plate for the electret fixing electrode obtained by the method. <P>SOLUTION: The manufacturing method of the laminated plate of the electret fixing electrode comprises processes of thermally fusing the polyterafluoroethylene film on the surface of the metal plate, in this order, and of forming the electret material layer which consists of two or more films. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
