PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drive system of a motor, in which a plurality of motors are combined and disposed by reducing the loss, resulting from a mechanical loss during the process of the driving force of the motor being transmitted. SOLUTION: The drive control system includes the plurality of the motors, disposed adjacent to each other, and a drive control circuit of this motor, wherein the drive control circuit drives a magnetic rotor by sending an excitation signal to at least one motor, and the magnetic rotor of the other motor is driven synchronously, by the magnetic coupling with the magnetic field generated from the excitation driven magnetic rotor.
