PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To periodically perform a focusing control in a camera apparatus by using a charging holder. SOLUTION: The charging holder 2 is provided with a focusing control pattern 206, fixing means 200 to 202 for fixing the camera apparatus 1 so that a distance up to the pattern 206 may be kept constant while making the camera apparatus 1 face the focusing pattern 206, and a power supply means 203 for supplying a charging current to the apparatus 1. In the camera apparatus 1, loading on the charging holder 2 is detected and a secondary battery is charged, and also, the pattern 206 is photographed to perform the focusing control.
