PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spiral inductor and a circuit device or a differential circuit comprising the same which can hold symmetry of inductor characteristic and can lead out the wiring to the external side without increase in the number of layers. SOLUTION: A wiring end 101 and a wiring end 103 are connected with a wiring 105, and a wiring end 102 and a wiring end 104 are connected with a wiring 106. The wiring 105 and the wiring 106 are laid symmetrically with a symmetry wire 100. On the symmetry wire 100, crossing portions 110, 111 are formed in which the wiring 105 and wiring 106 are crossing in three-dimension. In the locations other than that on the symmetry wire 100, the crossing portion 120 in which the wiring 105 itself is crossing in three-dimension and the crossing portion 121 in which the wiring 106 itself is crossing in three-dimension are formed.
