PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that after a start-up of a camera, a moving image photographing start is prevented by an incoming call which occurs before the moving image photographing start, while the prior art mobile communication device with camera, when an incoming call occurs during a motion image photographing, mutes an incoming call tone and displays a message informing an incoming call occurrence in a finder. SOLUTION: A mobile communication device with camera according to the present invention is provided with a camera, an incoming call detecting portion detecting incoming calls of a plurality of kinds information including a sound call and a mail, and a control portion performing processing of muting an incoming call tone when the incoming call detecting portion detects an occurrence of the incoming call while start-up processing is performed to the camera and the camera is finished, and superimposing an incoming informing message including a message including a kind of an incoming call and transmitter information of the incoming call, a selection item presenting an operation to be executed by a user based on the message, and an icon indicating an operation method for executing the selection item on a camera image to be displayed in the finder.
