CARIES RISK INSPECTION METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a caries risk inspection method to measure an antibody titer of secretory immunoglobulin A included in saliva against an antigen by using peptide having a specific amino acid sequence as the antigen in which inspection with adequate sensibility can be performed even when a saliva sample obtained from a person to be measured is diluted more than 8 times. SOLUTION: The caries risk inspection method is characterized by using peptide which has an amino acid sequence whose sequence number of a sequence table is 1 and to the end of which a carrier protein is bonded as the antigen and measuring an antibody titer of secretory immunoglobulin A included in human saliva against the antigen.
