GPS MEASURING METHOD OF MOVING BODY POSITION AND ITS SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a GPS measuring method of a moving body position and its system capable of avoiding precisely a danger of contact with a car by providing accurate position information acquired by using a maintenance car as a basis station to a worker on a railroad. SOLUTION: This GPS measuring system of the moving body position is equipped with a maintenance car terminal device as the basis station loaded on the maintenance car 2 and equipped with a 3-D railroad map storage device, for transmitting DGPS correction information acquired by correcting an error other than that in the longitudinal direction of a rail 1, and a portable information terminal device as a GPS moving station carried by the worker 3, for receiving the DGPS correction information from the maintenance car terminal device. In the system, position information of the worker is corrected by the portable information terminal device as the GPS moving station based on the correction information from the maintenance car terminal device as the basis station.
