摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a refrigerator which secures an air blow duct space for thermal exchange in an upper part of an evaporation dish to efficiently cool high-temperature parts in a machinery chamber and to efficiently evaporate defrosting water in the evaporation dish, and can inhibit the splash of water caused by the falling of the defrosting water from an upper part of the machinery chamber. SOLUTION: The refrigerator comprises a machinery chamber 6 in which a refrigerant compressor 8 formed in a lower part on a back face of a main body 1 or others is arranged, a drain port 19 through which defrosting water from a cooler 9 formed through a ceiling face part of this machinery chamber flows down, an evaporation dish 18 which is disposed in a lower part of the drain port to receive and pool the falling defrosting water and to evaporate the pooled water by thermal influence in a refrigerating cycle high temperature part, and a streamlining plate 20 disposed between this evaporation dish and the drain port, and is configured so that the defrosting water flowing out through the drain port is once received and streamlined by this streamlining plate, then falls again, and is introduced into the evaporation dish.
